To Connect the Disconnected With Trust

This tale is of an individual who has made hardships look like a cricket match. This story is of the Founder and CEO of TrustSignal, Mr. Mohammad Imran Shaikh. A notorious Aligarh boy, with a simple yet outrageous dream of building something extraordinary and close to his heart. He was always an emblem of light and loudness. His story started in a small town of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, where children are born with dreams and the warmth of Mutton Nihari. Mr Imran has always been a very outgoing personality since his childhood, who for sure wasn’t a crowd pleaser, and his love for cricket had its talk all over the town. Academics weren’t his strongest suit, but he was determined to do something big. He was an all-rounder by nature; his charisma also found expression in acting and theatre. Even now, his way of articulating simple thoughts conveys humour and intricacy. As years passed, his vibrant personality found new ways to shine as he was selected as a Radio Jockey at Jamia Milia Islamia during his days of college.

After that, he pursued an MBA from IIPM, and just like every ideal man out there, he started with his first job, began his family, and everything was picture-perfect. But, indeed, hardships don’t really knock on your door; they just barge in. And that was the case with Mr Imran as well. It all started with small episodes of anxiety while speaking up, and then it got to such an extent that he could barely get out of his room, too. It felt as if he had shut the world out completely. He left his job that he worked so hard for and went to his hometown to get some solace, and stayed there. Memories came flashing to him, making him remember those old days of freedom and boldness. He felt helpless at that moment.

Then, like a ray of hope, came a person with an opportunity for him. He needed something to get out of that dark feeling inside him, so he gave this a shot, but unfortunately, when it comes to differing values and opinions, things don’t really work out. Another opportunity soon came knocking at his door, and he gave it a shot, thinking that this time, it would be different, but yet again, it didn’t fall into something that he could call his own. Then an idea struck him. He thought to himself, “What if I start something of my own? Something that I can build from my heart, and make it a success…”

What else then? The old Imran was somehow getting a glimmer of light all over again. With the support of his family and a rigorous medication regimen, he came out of his closed chamber and slowly but steadily made a plan for a company that would bring people together with Trust. He launched Mayeka Digitals in 2019. Before this, he tried nearly 14 times to come back to Delhi and start again, but couldn’t. With the launch of Mayeka Digitals, he got that one push to pack everything and come back to where he started, and to start from zero.

The decision was tough, but he held on to that hope of never going back to that feeling again and began working on it. Mayeka Digitals became his leap of faith, a company that quickly gained recognition in providing exemplary business communication services. Mr Imran wanted to build something that reflected a value we all treasure, and most importantly, something he held very close to himself, Trust. It was the very thing he kept searching for in his professional journey, but couldn’t find anywhere. And so, to give a start to this new venture, he rebranded Mayeka Digitals to TrustSignal in 2020, a CPaaS platform providing business communication with 24/7 support and a promise of trust in every solution and partnership. This venture stood firmly on three major pillars: Trust, Transparency, and Technology, the foundation of Trustsignal’s continued excellence.

After years of hard work, prayers, and sleepless nights, Mr Imran finally brought his dream to life. Trustsignal is now a trusted choice of over 1000 D2C businesses and over 500 global enterprises.
